Booking Terms

These Booking Terms apply to every booking made through Bizabeza and supplement our Terms of Service. Please read them before you pay.
1. The booking contract
Your booking creates a contract between you and the Partner who provides the service. Bizabeza facilitates the booking and payment but is not the provider of the underlying service unless we expressly say so.
2. Prices, fees, and payment
Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira and include any applicable service fee, which is displayed before you pay. The amount charged equals the total shown at checkout. A booking is confirmed only after payment is successfully verified; you will receive a confirmation with a booking code.
3. Your booking details
You are responsible for providing accurate details, including party size, dates, and a valid phone number for confirmations. Some services have minimum or maximum party sizes, age limits, or health and safety requirements set by the Partner.
4. Changes and reschedules
Where a listing supports it, you may request a reschedule subject to availability. Rescheduling may be limited close to the start time. Refunds for cancellations follow the Refund Policy.
5. No-shows and late arrival
If you do not arrive for a confirmed booking, or arrive too late to receive the service, you may forfeit your payment in line with the Partner’s policy and the Refund Policy.
6. Safety and conduct at the service
You must follow the Partner’s reasonable safety instructions and rules. Partners may refuse or stop service where there is a genuine safety concern or unlawful behaviour.
